The Co-Living Revolution Discovery Days
We offer a ‘Money Back Guarantee’ on our 1 Day Discovery Day events subject to the terms & conditions outlined below. This is in addition to and does not affect your legal rights. Should you have a claim under any money back guarantee for any training, you must:
Contact us more than 24 hours prior to the Discovery Day training for a refund claim to be valid, as our seminar training events are held online via Zoom all refund requests must happen at least 24 hours prior to the Discovery Day for online access to be changed.
Inform The Co-Living Revolution by requesting a refund in writing by email to training@co-livingspaces.co.uk
If this guarantee was not explicitly offered on the product you purchased prior to your purchase then the guarantee is not offered. The terms of each product's guarantee are subject to specific criteria being met, which are variable from product to product.

The Co-Living Revolution 6 Month Mastermind Programme
We do not offer any ‘Money Back Guarantee’ or refunds on our flagship 6-month mastermind programme. This is because of the high value of the business assets, the upfront 1-2-1 support and intellectual property that are shared and downloaded via our online platform in advance. All of our area research spreadsheets, advanced HMO deal stacker spreadsheets, training materials, refurbishment templates, investor pack templates, business assets, key design fitout suppliers and professional contacts are shared with attendees.
We do allow attendees to defer to the next 6-month mastermind programme if they can no longer attend key workshop dates, and they have paid for the 6-month programme.

In these terms and conditions, Content means any text, graphics, images, powerpoints, illustrations, video and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this website or our seminar training material.
By using The Co-Living Revolution website or attending training seminars, you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this site or our seminar training materials shall be used for any other means by any other companies or individuals without first the written consent of The Co-Living Revolution directors. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes any Content without the written permission of The Co-Living Revolution.

We run regular customer surveys and offer a transparent way for customers to provide feedback on any requests or issues. In many cases, we are able to tailor training so that key questions are covered during hot topics and 1-2-1 feedback. As a company, we are constantly striving to better understand customer needs so that we can continually improve our training product offering. All honest feedback is immensely valuable and we appreciate the opportunity to improve our service.
