Why me?
Stuart is a product design entrepreneur who over the years has worked with some of the worlds biggest brands. He built a number of successful award winning businesses including a creative agency and a product design company. After 25+ years in design, tech and innovation he saw a gap in the market to use these skills to drive positive change in a dated HMO industry.
In 2014 Stuart set out on a mission to disrupt the HMO market and promote the co-living movement. Stuart has travelled the country speaking at the largest property events and his Co-Living projects have been featured in major trade and national magazines. He has picked up some of the biggest industry awards, most notably 2019 Property Developer of the Year and 2018 Property Investor of the Year. After many years building his own portfolio, he is now turning his attention to helping new investors and existing landlords create their own Co-Living HMOs.
